Woodland Ridge is a Presbyterian church, which means we are led by elders and are connected to the Presbyterian Church in America.

Staff

		Dr. Robert "Skip" Bayles Senior Pastor rab@woodlandridgepres.com Skip is a graduate of Duke University and holds a Doctorate from Fuller Seminary. He is a native of Kansas City but has lived in several places around the world. He has pastored inner city as well as suburban churches. Most recently he and his family served with MTW in Europe. He and his wife Amy have three children: Mallory, Kelly, and Colson. His favorite pastimes include enjoying God, reading, running, coaching, and spending time with his family, as well as rooting for his three favorite basketball teams: Duke, Kansas, and anyone who plays the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
		TJ Rose Director of Youth Ministries tj@woodlandridgepres.com A native of Kansas City, TJ graduated from Shawnee Mission Northwest before heading to Kansas State University, where he earned a degree in Secondary Education/Mathematics. He then taught for four years, including one year in Guatemala. Prior to coming to WRPC, TJ worked for six years in the loan department of World Savings. He and his wife Sarah have five children: Garrin, Jessa, Peter, Chris, and Ali, who has gone to be with the Lord. TJ's hobbies include running, sailing, reading, playing with his children, and virtually any sport known to man. He enjoys following KU basketball, K-State football, and the Chiefs.
		Dani Cooper Director of Music dani@woodlandridgepres.com Dani is a native of Kansas City. A gifted vocalist and leader, Dani brings an inspired vitality to the worship services at WRPC. In addition to her love for music, she enjoys being outdoors, gardening, homeschooling, and spending time with her family. She and her husband Shane have three children: Eli, Willow, and Silas.
		Debbie Cool Administrative Assistant debbie@woodlandridgepres.com Debbie grew up in the Shawnee Mission area and graduated from Avila College with a degree in Accounting. She and her husband Rod have two sons: Jared and Travis. Travis and his wife, Jaclyn, have a beautiful daughter, Angelia. Debbie enjoys traveling with Rod, spending time with family, and being a grandmother.
		Diana Rose Administrative Assistant diana@woodlandridgepres.com Diana graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in English/Secondary Education. She and her husband, Gary, reside in Parker, KS (about 60 miles south of Lenexa) where they have lived for the last nine years. They have three sons: Matthew, T.J., and Kyle; three daughters-in-law: Sarah, Sarah, and Lisa; and nine wonderful grandchildren. Diana enjoys family gatherings, taking walks, sailing (when possible), and helping Gary with a variety of projects on the farm, including growing vegetables -- and maybe soon, raising a calf or two!
		Andrea Gorham Children’s Ministry Coordinator andrea@woodlandridgepres.com Andrea is married to a wonderful husband (and elder), Mark, and they have three children: Trevor, Anna Claire, and Nathaniel. She enjoys reading, walking, attending her children’s activities, homeschooling, and spending quiet mornings with the Lord. Andrea brings organization, fun, and love to the Children’s Ministry at WRPC.
